Sunday

I love my children. They make me smile more times in one day than I would probably smile in a week if they weren't with me. But they are also a true test of my patience. They have helped me work through parts of myself that I could never manage, like getting irritated at random things to the point where it made me insane. You can't be like that as a stay at home mom...you'll go crazy. Which I think I did at one point! But I have worked on myself and found ways to manage that weak part and it works most times...I am only human!

So my children: Skyler is at a point within his three year old life where he asks questions...about EVERYTHING! For example, If I were to say, oh, something like "I'm throwing away this fruit". This is what would happen....Why are you throwing away the fruit? It's bad? What's bad mean? Which fruit? What is fruit? What are you throwing it in? What's a garbage? What's in the garbage? What is throwing away? The boy can go on forever......I'm not sure whether he does it to purpose drive me crazy or he's enjoying his newfound understanding of the concept of asking a question. Something he didn't understand for a while. My sweet Sadie is officially a crawler now. 13 months? Not too shabby! I think it was around 18 months for Skyler:) She's super cute when she does it but sometimes slips and lands flat on her face...thank goodness she thinks it's funny if it wasn't too hard of a crash. She is also really verbal. Always has this cute "hi'' when you walk into the room with a crazy inflection. And she now says 'caw' for walk. Now if only she would sleep through the night again!

The weekend was fun...here are some pics of the playground and an afternoon walk.
